Supportive Training for Healthcare Professionals
Since 2015, we have paved the way with training healthcare professionals in the safe manual handling of plus sized patients. Our courses look at comprehensive solutions for working with bariatric patients, treating them with dignity whilst protecting staff members from injury.
By sharing our experience and expertise in bariatric care, we support our clients to provide patients with accessible, effective, continuity of care. Our training is suitable for participants who have a prior knowledge and experience of Safe Patient Handling.

We offer a range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for Healthcare Professionals to develop and enhance their abilities in bariatric patient handling. Held at a Benmor Medical Training Centre or on-site.
The sessions provide great opportunity for staff to see and use specialist equipment they may not be familiar with and learn on a practical level the techniques and skills required to treat a larger patient.
Training can be tailored to the requirements of the team.
